The Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV is the first all-electric SUV from Mercedes-EQ. All-Electric Power
The EQS SUV boasts a lithium-ion battery with up to 12 cell modules and pouch or hardcase cells. With a 107.8 kWh capacity, enough energy can be provided for a range of up to 305 MPGe. Additionally, Mercedes-Benz innovative battery management software - developed in-house - offers over the air updates (OTA), allowing for up-to-date energy management of the EQS SUV.
The EQS line-up marks the launch of an impressive new generation of batteries that will set the standard in terms of performance, capacity, and efficiency. These new batteries also come standard with a 10 year/150,000 mile manufacturer warranty.
Convenient Charging Options
Located above the rear axle, the latest charging functions of the EQS SUV serve to bring efficiency and convenience to users. On a standard 240V wall-box, the EQS SUV will fully charge in 11.25 hours; however, the vehicle can be charged in as little as 31 minutes at a DC fast charging station.
The EQS SUV also offers three convenient charging programs - Standard, Home, and Work - where options such as departure time, air conditioning, and maximum charge level can be preset to maximize convenience, functionality, and efficiency. Additionally, the Home and Work charge functions can be activated based on your location, switching on automatically as soon as the vehicle is parked at a designated charging point.
In addition to the convenient charging programs, the EQS SUV offers several intelligent charging functions including ECO Charging and charging interruption, allowing users to reduce the battery load during charging as well as save money.

The Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV provides a futuristic and technologically advanced driving and entertainment experience. Not only will you find the New-generation MBUX Multimedia System with Augmented Reality Navigation system in the EQS SUV, but you’ll also get Natural Language Understanding and Keyword Activation (“Hey Mercedes”).
